Congrats to Marino Vanhoenacker! After 08:03:31 he was the first of a bunch of triathlon celebrities to pass the finish line at Frankfurt`s Römerberg.

Marino this time succeeded in a triple premiere: First time in Germany! First time he has made it European champion and first time in his brandnew Woolf Running shoes who Jochen Sand recently realized the visuals for.

Vanhoenacker is now being coached by the double Ironman World Champion, Normann Stadler.

The german Stadler won in Hawaii in 2004 and 2006. He also won several Duathlon championships and was german champion in both duathlon and triathlon.

Stadler ended his carreer in 2011.
